They will include a description, timeline, and pay scale. The Assistant applies for the jobs available and once a Creator accepts they can continue their discussion in a private chat space.
Upon mutual agreement on work and pay, monies will be placed in Gigalot’s secure escrow account until completion of the job where funds will be released within a very short period. Gigalot offers a secure environment by providing fully vetted background checks for both Creators and Assistants. There is a rating system and if the Assistant performs satisfactorily, the Creator can place the Assistant on their Favorites list for future work and referrals. There is also a timely cancellation feature for the protection of both sides.
